Warranty Coverage

At Sunshine Solar Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality solar products and services. The warranty applicable to each product depends on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Product Warranty

Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other equipment are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Warranty duration varies by brand and product model.
Customers are advised to retain their purchase invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a warranty claim, customers must provide:

Original purchase invoice or order confirmation.
Product serial number (if applicable).
Details of the fault or issue.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, lightning, voltage fluctuations, or other natural disasters.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the product.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
Damage resulting from operation outside the manufacturer's specified limits.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Sunshine Solar Solutions within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold by Sunshine Solar Solutions are covered directly by the manufacturer. Warranty claims for such products may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty procedures and approval process.

Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Solar Solutions' maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or equipment downtime.
